Gator Fire has been proud to provide fire protection systems for a multitude of projects across the southeast, since 1978. Over the years we have become extremely specialized in the design and build of fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, and hood suppression systems for all types of construction. Our projects have included: hospitals, universities, fire stations, warehouses, apartment complexes, restaurants, churches, and everything in between.

Nocatee Aquatics Park

Nocatee, Fl

PROJECT COMPLETED

Gator Fire was proud to be part of the design build team for the construction of this beautiful amenities complex in Nocatee, FL. Gator Fire was chosen by the General Contractor, Edwards Construction Services, to design and install fire sprinkler protection for all five buildings (the entry pavilion, clubhouse, fitness center, concessions building, and shade pavilion) in this amazing aquatics park. This project consisted of three  wet pipe sprinkler systems, two antifreeze sprinkler systems, and one dry pipe sprinkler system, and the installation of fire extinguishers and cabinets for all 5 structures.

Orlando Fire Station #1

ORLANDO, Fl

Gator Fire was especially honored to be chosen for this project, which allowed us the opportunity to engineer and install a fire sprinkler system to protect the brave men and women of the Orlando Fire Department. This project consisted of the installation of an Aurora electric in-line vertical fire pump, a Joslyn-Clark controller with a Wye-Delta transfer switch, a wet pipe fire sprinkler system, and Class I standpipe system to protect the four-story multipurpose fire house. Gator Fire would like to thank Wharton-Smith, general contractor, and their construction team for making this project such a great success.

2nd Avenue Centre

GAINESVILLE, Fl

PROJECT COMPLETED

Gator Fire Equipment was selected to provide fire sprinkler, fire alarm, and fire extinguishers for this student residential development. 2nd Avenue Centre has 6 four-story residential buildings and a six-story parking structure, all of which received full fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems. We engineered and installed over 9,000 automatic sprinklers, one Aurora fire pump, 2,300 fire alarm devices, and over 500 fire extinguishers. Gator Fire thanks JPI Construction Services for helping to make this one of our most successful projects to date.
